心理学では人が人生の前で立ち止まる節目の時があると言われているんだよ

始めたことをやめたくなったり迷ったり戸惑ったりするのが
３日、７日、４９～５０日、１年、３年、７年目

そう、これが仏教で死者を弔い悲しみから回復する時期と一致しているのは
偶然ではないだろうね

たぶん・・・

誰もが記憶の重さに耐えている
だからこそ小さな節目を一つづつ乗り越えて生きていくんだね
