各話のラストに流れるテロップは、ほとんどの回で
“SEE　YOU　SPACE　COWBOY”
と締めくくられていたが、最終回にはこんなメッセージが届いた。
“YOU’RE　GONNA　CARRY　THAT　WEIGHT”……君はその重荷を背負っていくんだ。
これはTHE　BEATLESの事実上のラストアルバム“ABBEY　ROAD”の中に収められている、
解散前に四人が最後に録音した曲のひとつ、“CARRY　THAT　WEIGHT”の一節だと、
何人のアニメ・ファンが気付いただろうか？　
解散からちょうど10年後、ジョン・レノンが撃たれた時、
「前に倒れて死んだ者は天国に行かれる」と書いた作家がいた。
