一応フォロー。
あれは、車が潰れるような事故に遭い、
親が死んだり運ばれたりするなどして
子供がいることを伝えられない恐れがあるかもしれない時、
レスキュー等に“車内に子供がいるから探して欲しい”という
メッセージの為に付ける物。

･･･なんだけど、それ判ってないで付けてるんだろうなぁ。
というか、作ってる方もわかってないっぽいよね。
